Laurence is a distinguished leader and impressive personality with a remarkable 28-year career in the automotive sector. With this addition to its board, Bcomp substantially increases its industry and sustainability expertise and strengthens the company’s governance framework and commitment to diversity.

Profound industry knowledge fueling strategic growth

Laurence Noël is a seasoned executive whose professional background spans notable tenures at Stellantis and the PSA Group before its merger with Fiat Chrysler. Her fields of expertise range from engineering and corporate planning to executive general management. Her latest major achievement includes the establishment of a Circular Economy business model at Stellantis.

A proponent of transformative leadership, Laurence advocates for empowering team members and fostering an environment conducive to individual growth and success. She serves on the non-executive Board of the Centrale Nantes engineering school and is a member of the Strategic Committee of Qinomic, a startup dedicated to vehicle upcycling.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Laurence is an active participant in the International Women’s Forum (IWF), championing the vital role of women’s networks in providing support and advancing equality.
