Electric performance car brand Polestar announces that the Polestar Precept is to become reality and that the vehicle development is under way.

The Polestar Precept “commitment car” was launched earlier this year and was extremely well-received by both the press and public, so much that Polestar decided to build it. Along other sustainable and recycled materials, the Precept uses Bcomp’s powerRibs™ and ampliTex™ natural fibre composites for many interior parts, including the seat back, and in some exterior parts. According to Polestar, the ambition is to bring much of these sustainable solutions into production.

Bcomp’s solutions help to reduce weight, material use, plastic and environmental impact in interior panels.
